ABOUT Caitlin

For the past two years, I have had the opportunity to move through the ranks in the kitchen at Rootstalk in Breckenridge, Colorado, under Chef Matt Vawter. I started out working on the production team and have since progressed through garde manger and up to grill. I have now completed four culinary school internships with the restaurant. I am incredibly proud to be part of the Rootstalk team.

Education:

I am a third-year culinary student at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge, CO and I am set to graduate in the spring of 2026.
